ALD-OM: Omega™ Linear Bar Diffuser
The Omega™ Linear Bar Diffuser is an improved version of the traditional linear diffuser frame, featuring a grooved outer frame that is visually identical to a traditional diffuser. Installation and removal no longer require a direct connection; simply use a spring to install/remove the inner tank. This saves time compared to traditional installation methods and eliminates concerns about scratching the surface coating during removal. The price is the same as traditional linear diffusers. The product is tested according to ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 70-06, demonstrating excellent airflow performance and a low noise level (NC). Please contact us for all certifications and test reports.

Border Calculation Formula
- B = Base Size (Meter)
- Assuming a 20mm edge is chosen, the face value is 150mm.
- Neck gauge = 120mm
- Ceiling height = 130mm
- Air vent hole = 125mm
- 16mm edge = meter length - 22mm = inner neck measurement (hole opening = meter length - 15mm)
- 12mm edge = meter reading - 14mm = inner neck measurement (hole = meter reading - 10mm)
| border | Neck | Tianhua left a roar | Wind throat | Neck height |
| 20mm | B-30mm | B-20mm | B-25mm | 20mm |
| 25mm | B-42mm | B-30mm | B-35mm | 20mm |
| 32mm | B-56mm | B-45mm | B-50mm | 32mm |

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: With a 20mm frame and a 150mm vent surface, how many holes should be left in the ceiling?
A: Subtract 26mm from the inner neck (124mm), so a 130mm opening should be left.
(6mm is the thickness reserved for blackening and connecting the bellows material)
