ESE: Fiberwood™ Single Deflection Grille

The Fiberwood™ Single Deflection Grille is an air outlet with individually adjustable blades. For customers requiring blade adjustment and removal of the inner tank, a hinged design (ESBSE) is available. The product is tested according to ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 70-06 and has obtained BS476-CLASS 0 fire resistance rating. Please contact us for all certifications and test reports.

Standard Construction

  • Material: 6mm Extruded Fiberwood
  • Minimum Size: 100 mm * 100 mm
  • Maximum Size (single piece): 1220 mm * 1220 mm
  • Oversized construction available with muillions and/or duct channels
  • You can order and install the same size to replace your old aluminum/iron/wooden single blades.
  • Height: 32mm

Other borders/methods

    • A frame thickness of less than 20mm is not recommended.
    • Narrower bezels will have less impact on appearance and rigidity, thus reducing the risk of installation distortion.
    • Narrower frames require more precise ceiling openings.
