The Fiberwood™ Frameless Linear Bar Diffuser offers an excellent option for designers seeking the ultimate in linear design. The product is tested according to ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 70-06 and has obtained BS476-CLASS 0 fire resistance rating. Please contact us for all certifications and test reports.

Border Calculation Formula

    Dimensions for borderless frame (surface measurement + 2mm for opening size)

    • A 6mm thick frame means that if the opening is 150mm, the air vent should be ordered with a surface area of 148mm.
    • A 10mm thick frame = If the opening is 150mm, the air nozzle should be ordered with a surface area of 148mm.

Inner neck height / Total height

    High neck of the air blower

    • 6mm thick frame = Please allow a total depth of 35mm (neck height 29mm + material thickness 6mm)
    • 10mm thick frame = Please allow a total depth of 35mm (neck height 29mm + material thickness 6mm)
    • The thinnest of these can be made with a neck height of 25mm, but there is no hardening treatment on any part of it.
