Border Calculation Formula

border Neck Tianhua left a roar Wind throat Neck height
    20mm B-24mm B-14mm B-19mm 50mm
    25mm B-36mm B-26mm B-31mm 50mm
    32mm B-50mm B-40mm B-45mm 50mm
    • B = Base Size (Meter)
    • Assuming a 25mm edge is chosen, the face value is 300mm.
    • Neck gauge = 264mm
    • The ceiling height is 274mm.
    • Air vent hole = 269mm

Other borders/methods

    • A frame thickness of less than 20mm is not recommended.
    • Narrower bezels will have less impact on appearance and rigidity, thus reducing the risk of installation distortion.
    • Narrower frames require more precise ceiling openings.

Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Can the neck be thinned?
    • No, the neck depth of double-leafed plants must be at least 50mm. If it is less than 50mm, consider using single-leafed plants (ASE), which only need to be 25~32mm.
