BP: Blank-Off Plate

Blank-Off Plate (common: black) is a special partition for air nozzle grilles and diffusers. It is a special metal baffle made of galvanized steel plate or aluminum (usually painted black). Mainly used to close idle or specific sections of linear trough diffusers, strip grilles or plate diffusers. Its function is to optimize airflow distribution, guide airflow patterns (one-way, two-way, three-way), reduce noise, and cover the air duct to maintain visual beauty. The standard size is 1220 (4 feet) long. Different lengths can also be produced according to requirements.
