Aluminum Double Deflection Grille

Double Deflection Grille (common: double leaf) is equipped with standard or split air flow control valve (OBD). Unlike ASE single leaf, it has two layers of unidirectional blades that can be adjusted individually to control the air flow direction up, down, left, and right, while the air flow control valve provides air volume control. ASD is very suitable for industrial and commercial, residential, restaurant, parking lot and toilet environment applications.

    • A frame thickness of less than 20mm is not recommended.
    • Narrower bezels will have less impact on appearance and rigidity, thus reducing the risk of installation distortion.
    • Narrower frames require more precise ceiling openings.

    1. Can the neck be thinned?
    • No, the neck depth of double-leafed plants must be at least 50mm. If it is less than 50mm, consider using single-leafed plants (ASE), which only need to be 25~32mm.
