ALD-T3: Rounded Corners Linear Bar Diffuser (Lay-in)
Rounded Corners Linear Bar Diffuser (Lay-in) is a novel style derived from ALD. It can maintain the air outlet performance and noise level of traditional linear nozzles while also taking into account the ceiling design that pursues curved lines. Like the traditional nozzle, it can be equipped with a regulating valve and a false air outlet for shading. There is no need to break the air outlet due to the air duct. You can also choose the air outlet angle with 0 degree blades straight out or 30 degree blades inclined out. This double-layer design can be sprayed with anti-drop sweat coating (Anti-Drop).
Structural features
- Aluminum extruded profiles and anti-drop fiber coating
- The dual-layer structure consists of a surface clear frame and a built-in detachable line nozzle.
- According to ASHRAE Standard testing, the nozzle has good airflow performance and low noise level.
- Applicable to any electromechanical project
- Unlimited extendability (maximum segment length 2.5 meters, connected by inserts)
- Highly malleable (curved/corner/trapezoidal/variable angle) (See ACLD for curved shapes)
- Color customizable (standard is matte white anti-sweat coating)
Frame size selection
- Thin border: 12MM/16MM
- Standard frame size: 20mm/25mm/32mm
Leaf selection
- 0 degrees / 15 degrees / 30 degrees / 30 degrees herringbone or 45 degrees
- Customizable combinations are available (e.g., half 0 degrees and half 30 degrees).
Leaf distance
- The gap between standard blades is approximately 12-14 mm.
- The leaf blade with visible light is 4mm thick.
- Leaf spacing can be customized
