As part of the architectural and MEP finishing works for the NKIL 6551 Residential Development, custom-engineered Fiberwood Vertical Grilles (Model: ELD-V) were supplied and installed. These units were specifically tailored to meet the project’s requirements for durability, acoustic performance, natural aesthetics, and integration with the residential ventilation strategy.

Material: High-density Fiberwood composite, selected for its resistance to warping, corrosion, and humidity—ideal for long-term residential use.

Blade Configuration: Vertically oriented fixed blades designed to provide linear airflow distribution while maintaining visual privacy and screening of internal MEP equipment.

Finish: Custom color matched to the project’s interior design palette, requiring no additional painting or surface treatment.

3. Design & Customization (Tailor-Made)
Each grille was manufactured to precise dimensions based on site-specific opening sizes and airflow requirements. Key custom features include:

Frame Integration: A concealed mounting frame system allowing flush installation with drywall or finished ceilings.

Blade Pitch: Optimized vertical blade angle to balance pressure drop, throw pattern, and noise criteria (NC) for residential comfort.

Removable Core: Designed with a removable grille core to facilitate easy cleaning and access to behind-grille components (e.g., dampers, filters).
