Non-standard orders account for 90%. Regardless of the quantity, customers can provide size production at any time.

We provide measurement services for some special or large projects. Special projects mean that clear design drawings/reference drawings/ideas are required.
We are a manufacturer and currently do not provide installation services.

We have obtained ISO9001:2015 quality management certification, and our products are tested by INTETEK in accordance with ASHRAE Standard and other relevant standards .
We will provide test reports of relevant products (such as air volume, distance and noise) according to the customer's project requirements.
Our fire dampers (FD series) are all tested in local laboratories approved by the Hong Kong Government and have obtained qualified reports, which can be provided to customers for fire inspection.

We deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in Hong Kong and Kowloon, and on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the New Territories. Only ground delivery is available. We do not provide delivery service to remote areas.
We are unable to provide delivery service to remote areas including some mid-level areas and all outlying islands. You can choose to call a streetcar service or pick up the goods upon arrival.
All streetcar services depart from our company warehouse in Kwun Tong. Customers pay the fare to the streetcar driver when they receive the goods.
If the order has been placed and confirmed for production, no refund will be accepted for any reason. If the goods are naturally damaged, we will arrange for re-production.
The goods will be produced according to the size provided by the customer. We will use the finished surface of the product as the basis. Returns will depend on the actual situation.
The specified color/color swatch provided by the customer will inevitably have color deviations due to the material being different from aluminum alloy or fiber. We will try our best to minimize this difference. We do not accept any returns due to color issues.

Surface measurement = the finished surface size of the nozzle; internal measurement = the back of the nozzle and the size of the protruding part. Customers can click on "Measuring Guide" in the product menu, and there is a detailed introduction on the page.
You need to pay attention to the thickness of the fiber material. The thickness of the aluminum material is generally 1 to 2MM, and the thickness of the fiber material is at least 6MM, and this is only the difference on one side.
For curved air nozzles, we recommend that you place the pattern on site. The best case scenario is to have the cooperation of the ceiling master. The worst case scenario is to place the pattern on site, draw the lines, and then hand it over to us.
If the ceiling is made of GRG, please provide us with the complete CAD file. Of course, the best way is to draw the lines on site and give us the paper pattern for production.
Our usual practice is to draw the line on the outer arc, and the outer arc line shall prevail. Of course, in some cases, only the inner arc can be drawn, then the customer needs to specify the opening width.
The regular and commonly used frame is 20MM, the second is 25MM and 32MM. The most popular ones are 12.7MM and 16MM. There are also borderless styles (thickness varies from 2 to 5MM).
